This 1 Hour Trial offer is for commercial cleaning use only. Cost of materials are included in this trial offer.  WI tax rate applied at checkout.  Usual price, plus materials, and local area tax rates will apply if  and when additional cleaning time is requested by client on date of service (Please refer to Cleaning Services price guide below). Favorable worksite conditions apply (See below). 

This 1 Hour Trial offer ends when one hour of cleaning service is complete on the service date. This 1 Hour Trial offer must be made payable by or at completion of services on service date. Limit one use of the 1 Hour Trial offer use per business. May not be combined with any other offer. 5% referral discount may apply at your next purchase if applicable. This is a limited time offer.

Client must empty and/or make the service worksite fully accessible. Make sure there are no items or animals obstructing the service work area. Animals must be restrained. Hazardous or unsafe materials and/or conditions must be  eliminated from the service area site before the service commences. (Window exterior cleaning may be no less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit). Access to electricity, cold and hot water is required.
