Cleaning Tasks

Each cleaning service area (i.e.: Office), listed below, has a list of task descriptions that may be completed.   A worksite assessment is required before purchase.  


Base Prices

Final cost is based on an hourly rate, local county tax rate (If applicable), equipment,  tools, and materials. Prices may vary with additional workers and/or moving obstructive item fees.

    A Quick Note

    Below are the general tasks for the areas that will be cleaned if applicable. Please restrain your pets and clear immediate cleaning service area of obstructive or hazardous materials. Use the cleaning time calculator under FAQ's to figure the hourly time costs provided in your estimate.


    *Dish-washing, laundry, and bed-making tasks are not provided services.   

    Cleaning Services

    Upholstery..............................................$75 Hourly

    This service includes upholstery fabric only. Leather not included.

    Furniture

    Includes upholstery water extraction process on seat, arm rests, back, and sides of furniture. Wipe down of furniture parts (i.e.: Wood legs, wood arm rests, etc.) is included.


    Area Rugs & Carpet.............................$75 Hourly

    This service includes large area rugs and wall to wall floor carpeting.

    Large Area Rugs

    Includes water extraction process on large area rugs.

    Floor Carpet

    Includes water extraction process on wall to wall floor carpet.

    Office......................................................$70 Hourly

    Cleaning areas may include the items described below.

    Light Fixtures and Covers

    Dust, wipe, and sanitize light fixtures and covers. Each light fixture which requires a tall latter for cleaning even after use of 10' extension pole will be assessed an extra $10 fee.     

    Furniture

     Dust, and sanitize wipe desk, computers, shelves, and cabinet exterior surfaces. 

    Windows

    Interior of windows will be cleaned (Various widow styles may apply):
    Glass panes; upper/lower sashes; interior casing; head/side jambs; muntins (if any); apron/stool; channel; interior sill, and interior trim. Each window which requires a tall latter for cleaning even after use of a 10' extension pole will be assessed an extra $10 fee. 

    Door

    Both sides of the door, frame, knobs/handles, and glass panes will be sanitized and dry wiped.        

    Walls & Baseboards

    Sanitize, dry wipe, wall surfaces (as needed).  

    Flooring

    Sweep, dry/wet mop, vacuum, spot steam treat  flooring (if needed). 


    Receptionist Area.................................$70 Hourly

    Cleaning areas may include the items described below.

    Light Fixtures and Covers

    Dust, wipe, and sanitize light fixtures and covers. Each light fixture which requires a tall latter for cleaning even after use of 10' extension pole will be assessed an extra $10 fee.   

    Furniture

    Dust, sanitize, dry wipe surfaces.

     Sanitize and dry wipe exterior surfaces on fridge. 

    Sink

    Sanitize and dry wipe exterior surfaces of sink and water fixtures.

    Counters/Tables/Chairs

    Sanitize and dry wipe counter, table, and chair surfaces.  

    Walk-in Pantry

    Dust, sanitize, and dry wipe shelving system. 

    Vent Covers

     Dust, sanitize wipe vent covers.

    Sink

    Sanitize and dry wipe exterior surfaces of sink and water fixtures. 

    Toilet/ Urinals

    Sanitize, scrub, inside/ outside toilet bowl, base, seats, cover, and tank. 

    Windows

    Interior of windows will be cleaned (Various widow styles may apply):
    Glass panes; upper/lower sashes; interior casing; head/side jambs; muntins (if any); apron/stool; channel; interior sill, and interior trim. Each window which requires a tall latter for cleaning even after use of a 10' extension pole will be assessed an extra $10 fee.

    Multi-level Staircase............................$75 Hourly

    Cleaning areas may include the items described below.

    Light Fixtures and Covers

    Dust, wipe, and sanitize light fixtures and covers. Each light fixture which requires a tall latter for cleaning even after use of 10' extension pole will be assessed an extra $10 fee.     

    Flight of Stairs

     Sweep/vacuum, spot steam treat  flooring  (if needed).

    Banisters and Handrail

    Dust, sanitize, dry wipe staircase handrail surfaces.

    Garbage & Recycling...........................$75 Hourly

    Cleaning areas may include the items described below.

    Prepare for City Pick Up

    Set collected trash and recyclable bags at area designated for city collection, or otherwise designated onsite area. 

    Pick Up and Dispose

    Collect pieces of trash and throw them into a garbage receptacle. 

    Notice to Client

    Favorable Worksite Conditions

    Favorable conditions include: Client must empty and/or make the service worksite fully accessible. Make sure there are no items or animals obstructing the service work area.  Animals must be restrained.  Hazardous or unsafe materials and/or conditions must be  eliminated from the service area site before the service commences. (Window exterior cleaning may be no less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit). Access to electricity, cold and hot water is required. 

    Bonded and Insured

    Tidy Wiz is bonded and insured! Copies of each will be provided upon request. Additional insured documentation available within 24 hours of contract commencing.
