1 Month Subscription Plan

5% Savings!

Receive maintenance cleaning services during the course of one month. You also receive one half hour of free emergency Wiz Through cleaning service toward that month's subscription plan. This plan is renewable as needed.

3 Month Subscription Plan

10% Savings!

Receive maintenance cleaning services during the course of three months. You also receive 3 half hour free emergency Wiz Through cleaning services toward that month's subscription plan. This plan is renewable as needed.

6 Month Subscription Plan

15% Savings!

Receive maintenance cleaning services during the course of the six months. You also receive 5 half hour free emergency Wiz Through cleaning services toward that month's subscription plan. This plan is renewable as needed.

The subscription plans stated above are examples of service plans that Tidy Wiz Cleaning provides. Single use services are also available. Hours of cleaning services may be adjusted as needed. Note: Wiz Through's do not roll over into a new subscription period.

A worksite assessment is highly recommended before purchase. Final cost is based on an hourly rate, local county tax rate (If applicable), equipment, tools, and materials. Prices may vary with additional workers and/or moving obstructive item fees. See "Notice to Client" below for explanation of favorable conditions. Any extra time costs incurred will be payable at end of service. Client will be notified of new charges before service time is completed.

Favorable Worksite Conditions

Favorable conditions include: Client must empty and/or make the service worksite fully accessible. Make sure there are no items or animals obstructing the service work area. Animals must be restrained. Hazardous or unsafe materials and/or conditions must be eliminated from the service area site before the service commences. (Window exterior cleaning may be no less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit). Access to electricity, cold and hot water is required.

Bonded and Insured

Tidy Wiz is bonded and insured! Copies of each will be provided upon request. Additional insured documentation available within 24 hours of contract commencing.
