Please verify before start of job that the working environments of the cleaning area are favorable. Clear all cleaning areas of any items or animals that may obstruct the cleaning area and workflow. Any cleaning area which requires that Tidy Wiz provide removal/resetting of shelf items (i.e: sensitive materials, paperwork, fragile items, curtains, window signage and decorations, knickknacks, towels, paperwork, candles, etc.) or removal of obstructing items, will be assessed a $25 fee. Any extra time costs incurred will be payable at end of service. Client will be notified of new charges before service time is completed. Price and conditions are subject to change.
Due to potentially hazardous conditions,Tidy Wiz will not clean the exterior of the windows at temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. A latter may be required to clean the cleaning area. Each window, light fixture and/or ceiling fan which requires a tall latter for cleaning even after use of a 10' extension pole will be assessed an extra $10 fee.
